Yoga mats, pillows and blankets are provided- You can bring your own if you prefer
- Wear loose comfortable clothing
- Arrive about 10 mins before class so you are not rushed
- Try not to eat a meal for about 2 hours before a class
- Yoga is better on an empty stomach
- Advise the teacher if you have any other special needs
- Have an open mind and be ready to nurture yourself
