How do I get started with Yoga?

  • Yoga mats, pillows and blankets are provided
  • You can bring your own if you prefer
  • Wear loose comfortable clothing
  • Arrive about 10 mins before class so you are not rushed
  • Try not to eat a meal for about 2 hours before a class
  • Yoga is better on an empty stomach
  • Advise the teacher if you have any other special needs
  • Have an open mind and be ready to nurture yourself
