Pregnancy Massage
Caters to all the aches and pains that come with pregnancy. A pregnancy table is also used for additional comfort.

Myotherapy
Helps to prevent, correct and rehabilitate soft tissue conditions. Dry needling and cupping may also be used to enhance your treatment.

Dry Needling
Dry needling utilises the same needles as what is practiced in acupuncture and relies on the stimulation of specific reactions in the trigger points of the muscle for its therapeutic effect to help release them and increase range of movement.

Cupping
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine used in conjunction with massage where glass cups are applied to the skins surface, using a flame to remove the air causing a vacuum like suction to the area. This helps bring localised blood flow to the area and is used to help drain away excess fluids and toxins, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissues to promote healing.

Hawaiian Hot Stones
Is a pure relaxation massage using hot stone and lomi lomi style massage.
