Naturopath

Naturopathy also known as Natural Medicine is the practice of using natural products such as vitamins, minerals, herbs, flower essences, homeopathics and other natural means to maintain ones health and allow a person to obtain optimal health.
Naturopaths believe the body can heal itself if it has the correct nutrients and energy also referred to as vitality. Naturopaths assess dietary and lifestyle factors, stress factors, genetic make up and can conduct specific tests such as Iridology (studing the eye), blood pressure testing, live blood analysis, urine analysis, pH testing to name a few if deemed necessary.

Naturopaths aim to gain a full insight into your current health condition and will address emotional issues as well as physical issues. The main aim is to ascertain the cause of your current status and aim to support and provide possible solutions to assist in gaining a healthier you.

Consultations are similiar to those as when you see a Doctor. Time is allowed for questions and discussions on your treatment goals and explanation on why certain products may be recommended. Naturopathy has the potential to assist in numerous conditions and will empower your to understand how you can take control of your health and be more healthy than ever before with a supportive and healthy practitioner.

Babies - colic, teething issues, sleep issues, constipation/diarrhoea, allergies and even temper tantrums
